My wife seen this place on a TikTok video. After hearing about the fusion of BBQ and Thai, of course we had to give it shot. Definitely not disappointed! This food is flavorful, great portions and the vibe is legit here. Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly and we didn’t have to wait long. The food came out fairly quick. We got the Tex-Thai BBQ fried rice with a slab of brisket 🔥 and the Charm special red curry with brisket 🔥 and the brisket red curry Mac roll 🔥 highly recommend this place. We will absolutely be coming back!

Tried Charm Taphouse & BBQ today. So Damn Good! Charm brings together the flavor of Thai food and the low and slow tradition of Texas BBQ. This place is a must go!

Wife and I decided to try Charm after a few of our friends posted some pictures. We are so glad we did. Isaac was our server and was great. The food literally was some of the best I've ever had, even internationally. I've never had such good fusion that mixed Thai with true Texas BBQ. Wife had Red Curry & Brisket, I had Pad Kee Mao with Brisket, and we got a Beef Dino Rib to share. Simply amazing and each dish just surprised us so much. Best Pad Kee Mao I've ever had and adding Brisket just elevated it to a new level. The Red Curry & Brisket about made us fall out of the booth it was soooooo goooood! On to the Dino Rib.... This thing is a meal in itself easily and tasted better than some of the famous BBQ restaurants in Texas. I started grunting like a Neanderthal after the first bite and had trouble forming coherent speech to tell my wife how good it was. Never thought I'd experience the meat sweats as a Thai fusion restaurant. Food & Service, top notch and both 5 stars. However, the only bad thing was my wife said the women's restroom was atrocious and needed immediate attention. We mentioned this to Isaac and he apologized and indicated they would get on it. Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the perfect blend of modern style and authentic Thai charm. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was truly outstanding. The Thai BBQ was perfectly grilled—juicy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was packed with bold, authentic flavors, from the savory marinated meats to the fresh, vibrant sides and dipping sauces. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. What really stood out was the balance of flavors—sweet, spicy, tangy, and smoky all coming together perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything arrived fresh and hot. If you’re looking for an unforgettable Thai BBQ experience, this place is an absolute must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Fantastic BBQ with a Thai flair! The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. A really unique twist on classic BBQ. The combination of smoky BBQ and bold Thai flavors was amazing. My absolute favorites were the green beans and the yellow brisket curry—both were amazing. Definitely worth trying and highly recommend! We will definitely be back!
